GOL GAPPE
Ingredients:
For gol gappe:
- Rava-1/2 cup
- Baking powder-1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Lukewarm water-as require
- Oil for frying
For water:
- Fresh coriander-1/2 cup
- Mint leaves-8-10 leaves
- Green chilli-8-10
- Jeera-1tsp
- Rock salt to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala/jal jeera acc to taste
- Roasted jeera powder-1/2 tsp
- Red chilli-1/2 tsp
- Lemon-1/2
- Bondi-1/2 cup
- Water as required
Method:
Gol gappe:
- In a large bowl take rava, baking powder, and oil and mix it well and add lukewarm and try to make a dough types and then leave for 30-40 min.
- After than take the dough keep it in plain surface if water then add only little bit water, after kneed it with your palm until it turns to be proper dough.
- Now make the small balls and roll them and deep fry them on high flame.
Gol Gappe ka pani:
- Take coriander, mint leaves, green chilli, red chilli and jeera and blend it to a fine paste.
- Now in a large bowl sieve the mixture then add, black salt, salt roasted jeera powder, chat masala, bondi and water as required(and all other things acc yo taste).
