Kuttu ke pakode
Ingredients:
  • 2-3 Potato(cut in small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger 
  • 2 green chilli 
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour(kuttu ka aaya)
  • I cup water chestnut flour(singhare ka aata)
  • Oil for deep frying
Method:
  • In a bowl add buckwheat flour and water chestnut flour and add all the ingredients except potatoes and add water part by part and make smooth thick batter, now add the piece of potatoes.
  • Not add the oil in kadai and deep fry them and serve them with curd or chutney.
