Sabudana tikki
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sabudana(soaked overnight)
- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green chilli
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 tsp buckwheat flour(kuttu ka aaya)
- Oil for deep frying
Method:
- In a bowl grate the potatoes and add all the ingredients mix them well.
- Now grease your hand and make small tikki or any shape which u want.
- Now deep fry them.
- Serve them hot.
