Sabudana tikki

Sabudana tikki 
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Sabudana(soaked overnight)
  • 4-5 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp grated ginger 
  • 2 green chilli 
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1-2 tsp buckwheat flour(kuttu ka aaya)
  • Oil for deep frying
Method:
  • In a bowl grate the potatoes and add all the ingredients mix them well.
  • Now grease your hand and make small tikki or any shape which u want.
  • Now deep fry them.
  • Serve them hot.
