Schezwan wrap with mint sauce:
Ingredients:
For mint sauce-
- Coriander-1/2 cup(finely chopped)
- Mint leaves-8-10
- Curd-1.5 cup
- Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
- Garlic-2-3 cloves
- Green chilli-2
- Salt to taste
For Wrap:
- Schezwan sauce-3 tbsp
- Paneer-250 gm
- Cabbage-1.5cup (grated)
- Capsicum-1(finely chopped)
- Onion-3-4(rings)
- Carrot-1 cup
- Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp
- Mint sauce-3 tbsp
- Pepper-1/2 tsp
- Oil-1tbsp
- Flour-2-3 cups(wheat/plain)
- Salt to taste
Method:
Mint sauce:
- Take coriander, mint leaves, garlic, green chilli, 1/2 cup curd and grind it properly.
- Then pour it in mixing bowl then add mayonnaise, remaining curd and salt to taste.
- Now mint sauce is ready.
Shezwan wrap:
- Firstly, kneed the soft dough and leave it for 30 min.
- Further, in bowl cut the paneer and add 2 tbsp schezwan sauce and leave it for 30 min.
- Now in a bowl take onion rings and add around 3 tbsp of mint and mix well, and in another bowl take 1 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup carrot, half capsicum and add mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
- Now in pan add 1 tbsp of oil and add 1/2 cup cabbage,1/2 cup carrot, 1/2 capsicum, 1 onion finely chopped and sauté them till translucent and then add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce and then add the paneer mixture and sauté for 1-2 min.
- Now make ball from dough and roll it and toast it properly and in centre spread the first layer of mayonnaise mixture then paneer stuffing and then onion rings with mint sauce and tightly roll the roti and seal it.
- Now schezwan wrap is ready serve it with mint sauce.
