Spicy Aloo tikki
Ingredients:
- 5-6 Boiled potatoes
- Finely chopped coriander
- 2 finely chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Sendha salt to taste
- 1-2 tsp buckwheats flour(kuttu ka aata)
- Oil for frying
Method:
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well and make small tikki.
- Deep fry them.
- Serve with green chutney.
Note:
you can also shallow fry them instead of deep frying.
