Spicy Aloo tikki

Spicy Aloo tikki 
Ingredients:
  • 5-6 Boiled potatoes
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  • 2 finely chopped green chilli 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper 
  • Sendha salt to taste
  • 1-2 tsp buckwheats flour(kuttu ka aata)
  • Oil for frying 

Method:
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well and make small tikki.
  • Deep fry them.
  • Serve with green chutney.

Note:
you can also shallow fry them instead of deep frying.
