200gm paneer
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green chilli
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala(optional)
- Rock salt to taste
- Lemon
Method:
- In a bowl add hung curd ,black pepper,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,coriander,green chilli and ginger, mix them properly:
- Now cut the paneer in cubes and add in the curd mixture and leave it for 3-4 hours.
- Now shallow fry them on non stick tawa.
- Add a few drops of lemon and serve hot.
