Paneer tikka
200gm paneer 
  • 1 cup Hung curd 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger 
  • 2 green chilli 
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala(optional)
  • Rock salt to taste 
  • Lemon

Method:
  • In a bowl add hung curd ,black pepper,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,coriander,green chilli and ginger, mix them properly:
  • Now cut the paneer in cubes and add in the curd mixture and leave it for 3-4 hours.
  • Now shallow fry them on non stick tawa.
  •  Add a few drops of lemon and serve hot.
