Paneer and makhane ki tikki
Ingredients:
- 50gm Roasted makhane
- 100gm paneer
- 3-4 boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2-3 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chilli
- Rock salt to taste
- 1-2 tbsp buckwheat flour(kuttu ka aata)
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Make fine powder of makhana and grate paneer and potatoes.
- Now all all the ingredients and mix well.
- Now make round or any shape tikki and deep fry them and you can also shallow fry them.
- Serve them hot with chutney or curd.
