Paneer and makhane ki tikki
Ingredients:
  • 50gm Roasted makhane
  • 100gm paneer 
  • 3-4 boiled potatoes 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger 
  • 2-3 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1 green chilli 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli 
  • Rock salt to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp buckwheat flour(kuttu ka aata)
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  • Make fine powder of makhana and grate paneer and potatoes.
  • Now all all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Now make round or any shape tikki and deep fry them and you can also shallow fry them.
  • Serve them hot with chutney or curd.
