Jeera Aloo

Jeera Aloo 
Ingredients:
  • 4-5 Boiled potato’s(cut them in small pieces)
  • 1/2tsp black pepper 
  • 5-6 curry leaves 
  • 1/2 tsp jeera 
  • 2 green chilli 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli(optional)
  • Finely chopped coriander(for garnishing)
  • 1-2 tbsp ghee
  • Sendha Salt (according to taste)
Method-
  • In a pan add ghee, then add green chilli and ginger and sauté them for 1 min.
  • Then add jeera,finely chopped curry leaves and sauté them for 1 min.
  • Then after that add boiled potato and   add black pepper,red chilli and salt and sauté them for 2-3 min.
  • Garnish it with coriander and Serve hot.
