Jeera Aloo
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Boiled potato’s(cut them in small pieces)
- 1/2tsp black pepper
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 2 green chilli
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp red chilli(optional)
- Finely chopped coriander(for garnishing)
- 1-2 tbsp ghee
- Sendha Salt (according to taste)
Method-
- In a pan add ghee, then add green chilli and ginger and sauté them for 1 min.
- Then add jeera,finely chopped curry leaves and sauté them for 1 min.
- Then after that add boiled potato and add black pepper,red chilli and salt and sauté them for 2-3 min.
- Garnish it with coriander and Serve hot.
