Shahi tukda
Ingredients:
  • 6 bread slice
  • 1 kg Amul full cream milk
  • Sugar 
  • Desi ghee 
Method:
  1. Take a heavy base pan and pour the milk in it and start boiling the milk on low flame and boil till the milk remains 1/4th and then add 2 tbsp sugar and mix well.
  2. Cut the bread slices in a triangle shape.
  3. In a pan take desi ghee and deep fry the breads on low flame.
  4. In a mean while take a pan and start  boiling water and add 2 tbsp sugar for and start preparing sugar syrup.
  5. Now add one by one fried bread in the sugar syrup and let the bread absorb the syrup.
  6. Now add the Rabri on the top and you can also add pistachios. 
  7. And serve hot.
