Shahi tukda
Ingredients:
- 6 bread slice
- 1 kg Amul full cream milk
- Sugar
- Desi ghee
Method:
- Take a heavy base pan and pour the milk in it and start boiling the milk on low flame and boil till the milk remains 1/4th and then add 2 tbsp sugar and mix well.
- Cut the bread slices in a triangle shape.
- In a pan take desi ghee and deep fry the breads on low flame.
- In a mean while take a pan and start boiling water and add 2 tbsp sugar for and start preparing sugar syrup.
- Now add one by one fried bread in the sugar syrup and let the bread absorb the syrup.
- Now add the Rabri on the top and you can also add pistachios.
- And serve hot.
