Red sauce pasta

Red sauce pasta:
Ingredients
      For sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp Tomato catchup 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano 
  • 1/2 Chilli flakes 
  • 2 tbsp Pasta & pizza toppings 
  • Onion 
  • Capsicum 
      For pasta:
  • Water for boiling 
  • 2 cup Penne shaped pasta

Method: 
                  For pasta
  1. In a big size pan add water until it is half full and add 1-2 tsp salt and start boiling .
  2. When water start boiling then add pasta and boil it on a medium flame and also cover the pan for some time. 
  3. And checked whether boiled properly or not, if boiling then strain and add some oil. 
         
                For red sauce 
  1. In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and then add onion and sauté them and then add capsicum and sauté them.
  2. Now add 3 tbsp tomato puree, tomato catchup and pasta pizza topping and sauté them.
  3. Now add black pepper,oregano,chilli flakes and salt acc to taste and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now the sauce is ready and add the boiled pasta and cooked for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now serve hot.
