Veg lasagna

Lasagna veg
INGREDIENTS
Veggies 
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1cup beans
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup boiled spinach 
  • 2 medium sized onions 
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic 
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 cup capsicum 
  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn 
  • 1 cup tomato purée
Other ingredients 
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar 
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce 
  • Tomato catchup 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp oregano 
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise 
  • Mozzarella cheese 
  • Lasagna sheets 
  • Pizza pasta toppings 

METHOD:
For vegetable stuffing:
  1. In a pan add 2 tbsp butter then add crushed garlic sauté them after that add onion sauté till translucent.
  2. After that add beans,baby corn,carrot and sauté them for 3-4 minutes.
  3. After that add red and yellow bell peppers, capsicum, boiled spinach,boiled sweet corn and sauté them for 4-5 minutes.
  4. After that add basil, tomato purée, soya sauce, red chilli sauce,vinegar and tomato catchup and salt to taste.
  5. Now sauté them till the water absorb.
For white sauce:
  1. In another pan add 1 tbsp butter then add all purpose flour sauté it for one minute 
  2. Now add milk and add oregano,black pepper and salt 
  3. And mix it well and close the flame.
For lasagna sheets:
  1. In a pan add the water and bring it to boil,after that add salt.
  2. Now add the lasagna sheet and boil them for 5-6 minutes and remove them from the pan and keep it aside for cool down. 
For lasagna:

  1. Take a bowl of any shape whatever u like, either round or square.
  2. At the bottom of the bowl spread the pizza or pasta toppings and then spread the lasagna.
  3. Now on the lasagna sheets add the vegetable stuffing and then spread the white sauce over it and then add the mozzarella cheese over it.
  4. Now repeat the same once again 
  5. And after at the top add lasagna sheet and spread some pizza and pasta topping and some mozzarella over it.
  6. Bake the lasagna at 180’C for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve it hot
