Chocolate brownie mug cake

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE MUG CAKE
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 tbsp maida / plain flour / all purpose flour / refined flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar / icing sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp full cream milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp walnuts / akharot, finely chopped
  • few pieces of chocolate
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, for serving
  • ½ tsp sugar crystals
INSTRUCTIONS 
  • firstly, take maida, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • mix well.
  • further add oil, milk and vanilla extract.
  • mix well and transfer into a mug.
  • add in chopped chocolate and walnuts.
  • mix gently and microwave for 2 mins.
  • finally, garnish serve immediately.
Notes

  • firstly, follow the same proportion of ingredients to get moist cake.
  • also, fill the cake batter ¾ of mug, as the cake raises when baked.
  • alternatively, mix all the ingredients in mug itself, however, i avoid to mix in mug as it creates a mess.
  • finally, chocolate brownie mug cake  taste great when served hot.
